Horticultural postharvest losses are as high as 40% in Rwanda and in other Sub-Saharan countries. Post-Harvest Plus is a social enterprise whose mission is to reduce postharvest losses and food wastes for small holder farmers and traders through knowledge transfer by using available technologies and resources through creative and innovation approaches
